You do. The domain is registered with you as the registrant, through Name.com, Inc., an ICANN-accredited registrar. We operate as the reseller that processes the registration — the domain is yours, not ours.
Yes, for free. Request your transfer authorization code and move your domain to any registrar you like — no exit fees, we never hold domains hostage. Under standard ICANN policy, a domain generally can't be transferred within 60 days of registration or a prior transfer.
Domains auto-renew by default so you never lose a domain to an expired card — the renewal price is always shown to you before your first purchase, and we'll remind you before each renewal. You can turn auto-renew off at any time: say so in the same Muse chat or email webpager@icloud.com, and we'll confirm by email.
A valid email address and registrant contact details (required by ICANN rules for every domain registration). Payment is handled by Stripe Link — we never see or store your card details.
Yes. You can transfer an existing domain to us, or keep it where it is and point it at your published site.
